I’m David. I do home loans on a first name basis.
I really love helping people and solving problems.
Before stepping into mortgage lending, I spent years helping nonprofits and ministries figure out budgets, untangle logistics, and lead the “Ok, but how do we actually pull this off?” conversations.
Now I’m a loan officer with Fairway Home Mortgage here in Salado. I’ve realized I really enjoy helping folks with the complicated loans that need a little more problem-solving, creativity, and intentionality. So if your situation’s a little weird, I’m your guy.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my 3 kiddos and serving my church family. When I’m not working or coaching kids sports, I like to rock climb, fish, play chess, watch soccer (verde listos), and cheer for my Texas A&M Aggies.
